Auto Hide

Auto Hide Push Pins are used to move windows to expand out when the user moves the mouse over them. Clicking the push pin will "pin" the window in a displayed position so the user can work with it.  When the window is expanded, the user can click and drag the inside border to make all the information visible just like a normal window.

  1. The push pin in "auto hide" mode is illustrated below. As the mouse moves over the tab, the window will be displayed.
  2. The push pin in "fixed display" mode is illustrated below. The window is always shown.
  3. The following sample has the "Symbol List" tab in an Auto Hide position on the left hand side of the application.

  4. The "Symbol List" contents is automatically expanded when the mouse of moved over the tab.
