Vocabulary

The following terms are used throughout this help and support. 

  1. Market Depth: The orders to buy and sell. In finance, market depth is the size of an order needed to move the market a given amount. (wiki)
  2. Level 2: Similar to market depth.  A full depth-of-book (DOB) whereby every quotation for every market participant is displayed. (wiki)
  3. RSS: Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works (such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video) in a standardized format. (wiki)
  4. Browser: A web browser is a software application for retrieving, presenting, and traversing information resources on the World Wide Web. (wiki)
  5. URL: A Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is a specific character string that constitutes a reference to an Internet resource. (wiki)
