Bar Style

The Bar Style for the price data can modified in the financial chart. To customize Bar Style, perform the following steps.

1. Mouse click on the "Styles" button located at the top of a financial chart.



2. A drop down menu with "Bar Style" options is displayed.
3. Move the mouse to the "Bar Style" menu item. This causes the options menu to expand.
   
   
   1. Select the "Linear" option to view the price data as a line.
   2. Select the "Standard" option to view the price data as OHLC lines (open, high, low, close).
   3. Select the "Candlestick" option to view the price data as a OHLC candlestick.
   
   



4. A check box will appear to the left of the menu item when it is displayed.



5. The following example shows the "Linear" Bar Style.



6. The following example shows the "Standard" Bar Style.



7. The following example shows the "Candlestick" Bar Style.
