Data Source

The streaming data sources that are displayed in the engineering charts are Times & Sales and Level 2 Market Depth.

1. To load a sample data set, mouse click on the Load Sample button located at the bottom left of the Data Set Designer.



2. Two data sources are displayed (TimeSales and L2), each with two data series.
3. To add a new Times and Sales data source, right mouse click on the sample TimeSales data source and select the Insert button.



4. The Data Source Type in the properties dialog box is automatically updated to show the TimeSales data source is selected.



5. To add a new Level 2 Market Depth data source, right mouse click on the sample L2 data source and select the Insert button.



6. The Data Source Type in the properties dialog box is automatically updated to show the L2 data source is selected.
