Dean DiSalvo –  CEO

Specializing in digital signal processing, Dean received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1995 from Florida State University. Dean has served as program manager or technical lead in six different countries with several start up companies that focused on the design, analysis, and optimization of wireless communication systems and the development of next generation Internet technologies. Dean started his own engineering consulting company in 2002, which has provided management and engineering solutions to customers for projects including mobile smart antennas, aircraft broadband, and satellite communications. Dean has consistently met schedule deadlines and exceeded projected earnings through quality communication, process automation, and a solution-oriented approach. He has a proven ability to adapt in difficult circumstances and always strives for quality and success. (view LinkedIn details)

Jerry Vincent – COO

For close to fifteen years, Jerry has dedicated himself to serving the needs of both clients and corporations for whom he worked. He began his legal career as a Covington and Burling Fellow. After spending some years as a public interest attorney, he established the Colvin and Vincent law firm, which primarily provided general legal services usually needed by new Companies and start ups. During this time, Jerry helped clients not only form companies but assisted in fundraising efforts, recruiting of senior management, negotiating contracts, representing clients in litigation, negotiating acquisitions and being a strategic think partner to help navigate the challenges faced by new Companies. After several years, he was recruited by one of his clients to work in corporate America. While working in corporate America, he has performed general counsel work, organizational development, employment law and labor law work in the discipline of Human Resources for major corporations such as Sodexho, Disney and Republic Services. Jerry has been both an independent contributor and senior manager and executive with the responsibility of leading teams. Jerry received both his undergraduate and law degree from Georgetown University.

John Witcher – CTO

Prior to forming his own software development company in 1989, John had served in executive management roles at several corporations from Fortune 500 companies and smaller enterprises, managing all operational aspects with specific focus on product development and delivery. He served as the COO and vice president of international operation for a company which developed products and provided subscription services for futures and commodity traders. John’s software company has provided successful solutions to customers such as US military, insurance intermediaries, marine industry, industrial gases suppliers, and the airline industry. John’s extensive experience in the computer industry encompasses more than 30 years of technical leadership with hands-on development processes involvement.

Brandon D'Souza – CIO

For more than 20 years,  Brandon has served in a myriad of Information Technology roles and positions including architect, senior developer, project manager, software configuration manager, analyst, QA engineer, and independent consultant.  He has worked providing mission critical technology solutions in various types of organizations ranging from education, law enforcement, and start ups to major corporations. His in-depth knowledge of software development spans many platforms including servers, desktops, mobile and web technologies.  Brandon has a passion for understanding and utilizing technology and is focused on delivering value and quality and enjoys developing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
